The Blues are looking to Chris Mason to pick up where Ty Conklin left off on Saturday by having a strong game against the Penguins

Tough game for the Blues tonight – in Pittsburgh against the defending Stanley Cup champs.  According to Jeremy Rutherford of the St Louis Post-Dispatch, the Blues lineup tonight is the same as the one that defeated Anaheim on Saturday. Chris Mason is in net for the Blues tonight. Lineup is:

Andy McDonald-David Backes-Brad Boyes
Paul Kariya-Patrik Berglund-David Perron
T.J. Oshie-Jay McClement-B.J. Crombeen
Brad Winchester-Keith Tkachuk-Cam Janssen

Darryl Sydor-Erik Johnson
Carlo Colaiacovo-Roman Polak
Mike Weaver-Tyson Strachan

The Blues relatively inexperienced defense is going to have its work cut out keeping track of Crosby, Kunitz, Guerin, Malkin et al. Jay McKee is, of course, playing for the Penguins now.

Good to see Cam Janssen continue to get ice time – let’s hope he can get under the skin of the Penguins and draw a few penalties.
