First off, apologies for not getting this up sooner – but I’ve just got home after flying back from Los Angeles to the UK. Anyway – a home win for the Blues – and a very emphatic one. Looks like the wheels are rolling on the Payne Wagon. The energy, the passion, the spirit, the hitting, the forechecking – all high quality. Yes, there was a slightly insipid second period but the Blues definitely deserved the win.  Alex Steen scored twice, BJ Crombeen scored (after shortening the shaft of his stick) and Jay McClement picked up another goal.

Your game reports:

Next up – Blues play the Minnesota Wild at Scottrade – can the Blues make it three wins in a row?
